Yes. There are no ads, no sign-up and no payments.
No. It shows public information only. It does not rate IPOs or give advice. It also does not take applications or money. You apply through your own broker or bank. See the Disclaimer.
Your PAN stays on your phone, in its secure storage. The registrar needs the PAN to find your application. The app sends it to the registrar only when you tap Check allotment. It never goes to our servers. We do not see your PAN, your nicknames or your results. See the Privacy Policy.
IPO details come from NSE, BSE and SEBI filings. Subscription comes from the exchanges' bidding data. GMP comes from public grey-market trackers. Allotment results come from the registrar. See Data sources for each number.
GMP is the grey market premium. It is an informal price that traders pay above the issue price. No exchange or regulator issues it. It can differ a lot from the real listing price. A high GMP does not mean an IPO will list at a gain. It is a signal, not a promise.
N/A means the source has not published the number yet, or we could not match it with confidence. We show N/A instead of a guess. A new IPO often shows N/A in its first hours. If a number looks wrong, check the exchange page or the offer document first. Then write to hello@iposaathi.com with the company name and the number.
To add a PAN, open the Allotment tab and tap the plus button. Give it a nickname, such as Mummy or Papa. To remove one PAN, tap the remove icon next to it, then tap Remove. To remove all PANs, go to Profile and choose Delete all saved PANs.
Check after the registrar publishes the results. This is usually in the evening of the allotment date. Before that, the app says the results are not out. Tap Check again after a few minutes. If you saved a PAN and the allotment alert is on, the app sends an alert when the results are out.
The registrar has no application under that PAN. This has two common causes. You applied with a different PAN, or the registrar has not published the results yet. Check the PAN first. Then tap Check again later. If both are correct, ask your broker or the registrar.
You can get four alerts. An IPO opens, at 9:30 AM on the first day. An IPO closes, at 9:00 AM on the last day. An IPO lists, at 9:45 AM on listing day. Your allotment results are out. If several IPOs share a day, you get one alert for all of them. To turn an alert off, go to Profile, then Notifications.
There is no account. We never ask for your name, phone number or email. We count how people use the app (screens and taps) under a random install code. We never collect your PAN or your results. To delete your usage data, go to Profile, then Feedback. The app copies your support code and opens an email. Paste the code, write that you want your data deleted and send it. We reply within 30 days. More in the Privacy Policy.
