Agreeing to these terms

By installing or using the IPO Saathi app or this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them. You must be at least 18 years old.

What IPO Saathi is

IPO Saathi is an informational tool for following Indian IPOs (dates, price bands, lot sizes, grey market premium, subscription and listing figures) and for checking your own allotment status by sending a PAN to the registrar that handles the IPO.

It is not a broker. It does not take IPO applications, hold funds or place orders, and it is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. See the Disclaimer.

Not investment advice

Nothing in the app or on this website is investment advice, a recommendation to apply or not to apply, an offer or solicitation, or a prediction of a listing price. Grey market premium (GMP) is an unofficial market indicator with no regulatory standing, and it can change or disappear without notice. Every investment decision is yours alone. Please read the official offer document before you invest.

Data and accuracy

Figures come from exchanges, regulators, registrars and other third-party sources that we do not control (see Data sources). They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The app and everything in it is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied.

Your responsibilities

• Enter PANs accurately, and only your own or those of people who have allowed you to check.
• Do not use the app to look up PAN-linked information about anyone without their permission.
• Do not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt or try to get around the app, or the third-party services it connects to.
• Follow the laws that apply to you.

Registrars and other services

When you check allotment, your phone sends the request straight to the registrar's own system (KFin Technologies, MUFG Intime, Bigshare Services or Maashitla Securities, depending on the IPO). From there the registrar's own terms and privacy policy apply. We do not control their systems and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Notifications

Reminders and alerts are optional and can be switched off. They can arrive late or not at all, so do not rely on them for a deadline. Confirm dates with the exchange or the registrar.

Our content

The IPO Saathi name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not give you ownership of, or any other licence to, our content. Company names and logos shown in the app belong to their owners and appear only to identify the company.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop any feature or data source at any time. We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new version.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the app or this website, relying on anything in them, a missed or wrong allotment result, or a third-party source or registrar being unavailable or inaccurate. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
