In short

IPO Saathi shows public IPO information. It does not tell you whether to apply, it is not registered as an adviser, and it is not connected to any regulator, exchange, registrar or company.

Information only

Everything in IPO Saathi is for general information. Nothing in the app or on this website is investment advice, a recommendation to apply, subscribe, buy or sell, a research report, or a prediction of listing price or returns. The app does not rate IPOs or tell you what to do. What you do with the information is your decision, and you may wish to speak to a qualified, registered adviser first.

About GMP

The grey market premium is an unofficial figure from informal trading. It is not issued, checked or endorsed by any exchange or regulator, it can differ a lot from the actual listing price, and it can be missing for an IPO. A high or rising GMP does not mean an IPO will list at a gain.

Data can be late or wrong

The numbers come from third-party sources and are collected automatically. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and anything we cannot find shows as N/A. Allotment results come from the registrar's own system. Before you act on a date, a price or a result, confirm it with the exchange, the registrar or the official offer document. See Data sources.

Registration and affiliation

IPO Saathi is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. It does not take applications, handle money or place orders. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SEBI, NSE, BSE, any registrar, any broker or any company shown in the app.

Names and logos

Company names, ticker symbols and logos are the property of their owners and are shown only to identify the company. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. If you own a name or logo shown and want it removed, write to hello@iposaathi.com and we will remove it.

Risk

Investing in IPOs and in the securities market carries risk, including the loss of the money you invest. Read the offer document, especially the risk factors, before you decide.
